DUE TO THE WEATHER FORECAST, MEETING ON MARCH 23rd HAS BEEN CANCELED.

The beginning of Spring means the Construction Crew is ready to begin the very important work of building the sets and scenic elements for the Prom! With 100 days to go, this Crew can use all the hands it can get! Even if you aren’t handy with construction tools, the Crew will have jobs for you to do!!!! So, come on down and let’s get building!!!

• This will be the first meeting of the Construction Crew.

• No “construction” per se will take place at this meeting. We will use this time to get familiar with the amazing design that has been created, as well as familiarize ourselves with the construction process and the area where we will be working.

• We will do an inventory of supplies & materials that are in the storage containers

• Meet behind the high school near the Tech Ed Building.

• A light rain is expected and since we will be outside, be prepared!

• The review and inventory should take a few hours.
